The University of South Carolina Upstate is one of 27 sites across the nation to host a simultaneous Launch Party to announce the system-wide, $1 billion capital campaign, Carolina’s Promise, on Thursday, May 10.

Thursday Afternoon Acting Group To Perform “The Three Bully Goats Griff,” May 12
