USC Upstate will hosts its inaugural QEP Technology Symposium, entitled “Stepping Up: Meeting the Challenges and Opportunities of the Digital Classroom, on May 14-15 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the University’s Health Education Complex.
A Spartanburg native, Irwin is a Washington Post columnist and the economics editor of Wonkblog, The Post’s site for policy news and analysis. He is the author of “The Alchemists: Three Central Bankers and a World on Fire” a book about the efforts of the world’s central banks to combat the financial crisis and its aftermath.
