UPSTATE BIGGEST LOSER WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

Apply to join the Wellness Center’s Upstate Loser Weight Loss Challenge today!  This 10 week program places you on a team of other dedicated individuals with similar fitness and weight loss goals.  Through the duration of the program your team will receive personal training, learn the secrets of diet, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle and improve your overall fitness and wellness.  The 2012 Wellness Center’s Upstate Loser will be crowned at the end of the program, is it going to be you?

Space is limited to those who pass the application process.  Here is the Upstate Loser 2012 application which will be accepted until Monday, January 30, 2012 at NOON.  More information at www.uscupstate.edu/wellness

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training provides the highest level of one-on-one service.  Our certified trainers are committed to working with you to meet your individual fitness goals, needs, or interests.  A detailed health history is required before beginning.   Please follow the steps www.uscupstate.edu/wellness under “Exercise and Fitness Programs” to begin your training experience.  Prices are listed online.

MASSAGE THERAPY

The benefits of massage are immeasurable but can include stress relief, athletic recovery, muscle relaxation, and enhanced immunity to name a few.  Our licensed masseuse will cater each session to the demands of the client in a safe and comfortable environment.  Prices and more information can be found at www.uscupstate.edu/wellness under “Exercise and Fitness Programs”

GROUP EXERCISE

Group Classes have begun and remember these are all FREE for students.  Try out favorites like Kickboxing, Butts N’ Gutts, Yoga, Cycling, Zumba, Hydro Power, Pilates, and Jiu Jitsu or come for the new additions including Aqua Zumba, Spartan EXTREME, and Step Aerobics.  All descriptions and times can be found at www.uscupstate.edu
