Dr. Kate Slevin will speak on the subject of “managing the aging body,” addressing the relationship between gender and age, and discussing the importance of including “age-ism” among the other “isms” that negatively effect our lives. Dr. Slevin is a professor of Sociology at the College of William and Mary.
