L. E. Gable Middle School Students Exhibit Artwork In The Focus Gallery At USC Upstate
Students from L. E. Gable Middle School will exhibit their artwork in The Focus Gallery at the University of South Carolina Upstate from November 5 to December 5. The Focus Gallery, located on the second floor of the Humanities and Performing Arts Center, is open to the public daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The following students have artwork on display: Chizon Livingston, Alayna Harding, Alyson Harmon, Jamie Belanger, Noah Pellegrino, Elizabeth Painter, Elizabeth Melton, Grace Hammond, Hannah Couch, Amelia Miles, Sonni Brown, Tara Ferris, Lauren Cauthen, Heather Lockerman, Tia Hrubala, Maddie West, Maddy Fox, Jackson Erb, Liana Zmeyva, Haylie Moates, Emma Kate Moore, Isabel Miles, Sarah Biggerstaff, Kara Thornton, and Abby Parrish.
The Focus Gallery (Featuring Outside Creative Undertakings of Students) and The University of South Carolina Upstate work together with local schools to feature student artwork produced in standards-based visual art classrooms. The Focus Gallery creates a distinctive learning environment for art education students as well as the young artist in which, the gallery features.
