Jeans too tight? Jeans too loose?
1.7 million teens are homeless.
The #1 item they request from shelters is a pair of jeans and you can help!
Join our “Teens for Jeans” initiative.
One of our very own USC Upstate students has decided to do something about poverty and the lack of jeans for homeless teens. DoSomething and Aéropostale have partnered with over 1,000 homeless shelters across the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. Your jeans will be donated to Shepherd’s Gate in Greenville.
When you donate your jeans to Aéropostale or P.S. from Aéropostale, you’ll receive one 25% coupon for each pair of jeans you donate. So spread the word and collect gently worn jeans from the people in your community. Be sure to stop by Student Life in the CLC to drop off what you collect and get 25% off a new pair of jeans! Make donations by Feb. 10. For more information, please contact Daphnie Glenn at Vista1@uscupstate.edu or visit www.dosomething.org/teensforjeans.
