ITS Help Desk hours are changing in Greenville beginning Monday, Nov. 3.
Technicians will be in Greenville from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Mondays and from 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesdays in Room 626.
Please remember that phone and email support is always available by calling or emailing the Help Desk during normal help desk hours, even if there is not a technician present on the Greenville campus. Most problems can be handled over the phone or by remote computer support.
