Spartanburg Writing Project Reschedules "One Winter's Eve," for Thursday, March 19

The Spartanburg Writing Project will host “One Winter’s Eve” from 3:30 -6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2015 in the Health Education Complex, JM Smith Boardroom.

There will be a reading by Ron Rash, the award-winning author of “Serena and One Foot in Eden,” followed by a selection of writing workshop sessions including poetry, fiction, nonfiction and self-publishing, conducted by local authors.

Rash will sign books beginning at 3:30 p.m., followed by a reading at 4:15 p.m. A second book signing will be held from 5 – 5:30 p.m., followed by the Spartanburg Writing Project’s workshop at 5:30 p.m.

Whether you are a teacher of writing, a lover of Southern Literature, or an aspiring writer yourself, this event will be a great place to meet local authors and find some inspiration for your own work!

Registration to the event is open to the public. The cost is $25 per person. There is a discount available for groups of 20 or more.
