Second Group of Summer Faculty Innovation Grant Recipients to Present at CETL

Some of our faculty have been working on some very innovative projects as a result of the 2015 Summer Faculty Innovation Grants.

On Wednesday, Nov.4 from 12 – 1:30 p.m. in the JM Smith Boardroom, you’ll have an opportunity to hear about three more projects that are changing student lives at USC Upstate.

Presenters will be:

  • Lola Bradley and Bree Kirsch – Turning LIBR 201 into a hybrid course using a flipped classroom model and incorporating service-learning.
  • Chase DeHan – Developing a flipped classroom for Finance 363.
  • Samantha Hauptman and Lynn McMillan – Childhood Trauma: Potential Pathway to the Criminal Justice System (interdisciplinary course).
