The 36th annual “An Evening Of Talent Expressions” will be presented Saturday, Nov. 21, 7 p.m. at Chapman Cultural Center. Talent Expressions features competing performers in comedy, dance, drama, music, and vocal expressions. More than $2300 cash prizes and trophies will be awarded. The top winner will receive $1500. The theme for this year’s production is “Songs In the Key of Life,” a tribute to Stevie Wonder. Music from Wonder’s catalog will be featured through out the evening. Dickson attends Southside Christian School in Greenville. The Boys & Girls Choir from Mary H. Wright Elementary School will also perform. A highlight of the evening will feature film and TV actor Justin Myrick, singing his original tune “Slow Motion Swag.” Also, Ashley Odom, the 2015 Best Singer in Spartanburg County School District 7 winner, will perform.
