Seminar: Employee Performance Management System (EPMS) for Supervisors

The Employee Performance Management System (EPMS) is used to evaluate the performance of classified state employees. This seminar will offer supervisors instruction on the use of EPMS as a communication tool to effectively set objectives and evaluate employee performance. New supervisors are strongly encouraged to attend. Seminar content will include:

  • EPMS process
  • EPMS documents and forms
  • EPMS components
  • Four levels of performance
  • Ratings for performance characteristics
  • Warning Notice of Substandard Performance
  • Use of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) resource
