October 26, 2010 at 3:51 pm

The University of South Carolina Upstate is committed to its students and focuses on their enrichment and education above everything else. Through the USC Upstate Foundation and Advancement Office, the university will be establishing a Parent’s Fund. This fund will be vital to enhancing important programs that directly impact all students on campus from move in through graduation.

The Parent Fund will support:

  • Health and Wellness
  • Beatification Projects (landscaping, signage, etc)
  • Student Development and Leadership Programs
  • Scholarships
  • Safety and Security Initiatives
  • Senior Class Gift (supported by parents of seniors)

Make Your Gift Today

Your tax-deductible gift to the Parents’ Fund will allow USC Upstate to ensure that all of the important projects chosen for this year will receive adequate funding.  In the fall, USC students will begin contacting parents of freshman, sophomore and juniors through the phone-a-thon. In the spring, parents of seniors will be contacted and asked to support the Senior Class Gift.

For more information, please call (864) 503-5240 or to make a gift online, please go to and specify that your gift is for the Parents’ Fund.
