Description and Learning Objectives:
The Employee Performance Management System (EPMS) is used to evaluate the performance of non-academic, unclassified and classified permanent staff employees. This session will provide a general overview of the EPMS and an opportunity to learn about the goals and intended outcomes of the overall process including:

  • employee’s role in the performance management process
  • importance of essential job functions
  • components of the EPMS
  • goals and objectives of the EPMS
  • EPMS performance levels and ratings
  • available employee resources
