Food for Fines

November 16, 2012 at 4:13 pm

Through November 30, the USC Upstate Library will be having a Food for Fines food drive. Library fines for overdue items will be reduced by one dollar for each non-perishable food item given. There is no limit to the amount of fines forgiven. Replacement fees for lost or damaged items will not be forgiven. Please do not bring expired food, food in glass containers, or food in dented or damaged containers. Donations are welcome from everyone. Please donate even if you do not have a fine! Bring donations to the USC Upstate Library’s Circulation Desk. Donated items will be given to the Spartan Nutrition Assistance Campaign (SNAC).  A list of items that will be accepted is below.
