Paid internships available with tech companies through Chamber's NEXT Program

NEXT, an economic development arm of the Greenville Chamber, was launched to attract and grow high-impact technology companies in the upstate region of South Carolina. NEXT serves entrepreneurs representing IT and software, energy, biotechnology and life sciences, advanced materials, manufacturing, electronic devices and more. Since 2006, NEXT has  worked with entrepreneurs, community and business leaders, and partner organizations to create: CEO Forums, InnoVenture, Upstate Carolina Angel Network, NEXT Innovation Center, TEDxGreenville, the startup accelerator called The Iron Yard, and NEXT Intern Greenville.

Students are invited to attend NEXT Intern Greenville’s intern recruitment event on Tuesday, March 12 from 6 – 8:30 p.m. at NEXT Innovation Center, 411 University Ridge, Suite 202, Greenville, SC 29601.

At the event, you can:

  • Hear from some of the fastest growing companies in the Upstate
  • Find out about available internships
  • Interview for a specific internship
  • Network with potential employers and peers
  • Enjoy free food and refreshments

All students and recent graduates are free to come along, but to secure an interview at the event, you must apply for one or more of the internships online by noon on Friday, March 8 and be invited to interview by the hiring company.
