USC Upstate Lowers Summer School Tuition Rates

April 17, 2013 at 4:40 pm

The University of South Carolina Upstate is offering reduced summer tuition of $289 per credit hour for South Carolina residents. The cost per credit hour for non-residents has been reduced to $587.

“USC Upstate offers accessible and affordable education and we are pleased to offer this 28 percent cost savings on summer school,” said Dr. Tom Moore, chancellor of USC Upstate. “By lowering the rates of summer tuition, we hope that students can meet the requirements to keep their scholarships, earn credits toward early graduation, focus on one or two courses rather than a full load, and have the opportunity to take an Internet course.”

Current students should register for summer courses in the current VIP system not in the new SSC system. If you need assistance with summer registration, please contact your advisor or enrollment services. To apply for summer school financial assistance, please complete the financial aid application. If you have already registered for summer school, the tuition charges will be adjusted on your bill as soon as possible.
