Two USC Upstate Professors to Participate in Warhol Panel Discussion

A panel discussion on the Life, Art and Influence of Andy Warhol will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 21 at Spartanburg County Public Libraries Headquarters Library, 151 S. Church St., Spartanburg.

Jane Allen Nodine, director of USC Upstate’s Curtis Harley Gallery will serve as the moderator.

Panelists include Dr. Rachel Snow, associate professor of Art History at USC Upstate; D.L. “Lee” Simmons, assistant professor of Art at Middle Georgia State College; and Suzanne “Zan” Schuweiler, coordinator of Art History and associate professor of Art History at Converse College.

Selections from USC Upstate’s permanent collection of Andy Warhol’s works will be on display at the library through Feb. 26, 2015.
