A select group of qualified American school teachers will have the opportunity to go to China for the month of July to teach English to Chinese students and Teachers.

The Chinese Culture and Education Center (CCEC) will offer one 10-day session.

Interested participants should attend one of the orientation meetings 5 p.m. on Dec. 12, 17 or 19 in the USC Upstate Library Building, Room 201.

Last year, more than 800 Chinese English teachers and approximately 2,500 Chinese students benefitted from the program.

To begin the application process:

1. Read the Orientation Packet and Registration Form; note specific dates of activities and submission deadlines.

2. Attend one of the orientation meetings: 5 p.m. on Dec. 12, 17 or 19 in the USC Upstate Library Building, Room 201.

3. Complete attached registration and forward an electronic copy via email to CCEC at:

5. Print sign, and submit a hard copy by January 13, 2014 to:

4. Submit payment and passport documents to CCEC by February 14th deadline.
